Dough: Fortified Flour*, salt, water – that’s it!
Toppings: Nduja (pork fat, pork meat, chilli, salt), pepperoni, green chilli, mozzarella, spicy (fermented red cayenne peppers, spirit vinegar, salt, garlic powder) tomato base and oregano.
Our sourdough pepperoni pizza recipes are simple but superior! We focus on the quality of our ingredients to create a product that’s light, digestible and (most importantly) – delicious.

Have to say, slightly disappointed, base a bit chewy, however, the toppings were tasty. Much prefer the stand alone bases, and add my own toppings. *Also disappointed that pre-topped pizzas are not compatible with an outdoor pizza oven, only a domestic oven !

Lovely pizzas, can’t recommend enough!
I've got an issue with wheat, however sourdough doesn't have the negative effect on me that normal wheat products do, so these sourdough bases are perfect and they far outstrip the current "free from" type products on the market designed for those with a wheat intolerance or allergy, I also loved the toppings, I've loved artichoke on a pizza since living in Germany in the 80s, it just works! I've frozen the pizzas I purchased, I'm trying the spicy one next 👍😋
We are both on a diet and decided to have a treat so ordered your pizzas for the very first time. All I can say is they are packed full of flavour and they cooked to perfection if you follow the instructions.will definitely be ordering from you again.

OMG......So, so good - love it every time!
They arrived well packed and fresh. We ate them 36 hours later. The taste was nice and spicy and we especially liked the base flavour. Would highly recommend them. The price is competitive with eating out.
