Best Bases ever
Ready made pizza bases are absolute game changers, get so much more use out of my pizza oven. Always used to dread making the dough and it sticking to the padel when I’d go to put in the oven…! Not to mention they taste great as well, will be a regular customer moving forward!
The box was delivered and looked like someone had played football with it!! The can was damaged, the pizza dough had come out of the packaging, overall a terrible experience…….I emailed with pictures, was told I would receive a new box but have not heard anything since.

I've ordered before and the pizza bases were still slightly frozen and the packaging was great. However, this time. The box was open, the bases were half hanging out of the box. The bases were soft and half folded over. If this was my business, I wouldn't be happy with the quality of service from APC, nor the quality of packaging. Definitely going backwards not forwards, from over the years I've been ordering. ☹️ Sorry

How long will my dough stay fresh?
The dough will stay fresh for three days in the fridge or up to three months in the freezer. The bases will also stay fresh for three days, or for three months in the freezer.

How long should I cook my pizza for?
If you're cooking yourpizzain apizzaoven, please follow the instructions of your specificpizzaoven as these can vary.
If you're cooking yourpizzain a normal oven, we suggest popping it up to 220 for ten minutes.

How long will my dough take to be delivered?

Where do you source your ingredients?
Our dough is as natural as possible, and made with flour, water, and a pinch of salt. We use flour that has been milled in the UK, and Scottish water. The provenance of our other products can be found in the description of each product. Our aim is to bring you the best Scottish and pizza products.
